Today is fixed for S/R in default necessary order would be passed.

Record shows that the Complainant is found absent on call since 15.07.2022. 

Today i.e., 25.10.2024 the complainant is also found absent on call. The conduct of the Complainant shows that he is not at all interested in the case. Such being the position it may be presumed that the Complainant case has no merit and as such the instant case is liable to be dismissed on merit.

                 Hence, it is

                                                 Ordered

that the instant case No. CC/25/2021 be and the same is dismissed on merit but under the circumstances without costs.

Let plain copy of this order  be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand  /by post under proper acknowledgment  as per rules, for information and necessary action.
