The case is put up before “Maha Upbhokata Lok Adalat” being identified. The complainant is present and has filed a memo stating therein that he and O.P have already settled down the dispute between them amicably. He also admits that in view of their settlement. The complainant does not want to proceed with the case further. Peruse the case record. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance and honoring the submission of the complainant, the complaint stands dismissed on compromise. Accordingly the case is disposed of.
