ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is allowed. Opposite party is directed to pay compensation of Rs.1,000/- and refund of Rs.160/- to the complainant within one month from the receipt of this order with cost of Rs.200/-. If opposite party fails to do so the complainant would be entitled for interest at the rate of 18% p.a. on Rs.1,160/- till the date of payment. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P.
