ORDER '

It is stated that the parties have amicably settled the subject matter and in terms of that the appeal is allowed, the impugned order dated 09.10.09 passed by the Andhra Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad is hereby set aside and the complaint will be deemed to have been dismissed. Learned counsel for the appellant states that the amount as awarded by the State Commission shall be remitted through demand draft to the respondents within two weeks from today. The statements of the counsel for the parties in regard to the terms of the settlement have been recorded separately which will form part of this order. ..2.. On showing the proof of remitting the amount in terms of the compromise, the amount of Rs.5,000/- deposited by the appellant as pre-requisite for filing the appeal will be refunded to them.
