                          The ld.Counsel for complainant gave stateent for withdrawal of present complaint with liberty to file afresh after depositing the requisite amount in the office.  He has also received back the cheque bearing No.704329, dated – Nil, amounting to Rs.11,218/- drawn on ICICI Bank, Sector 34, Chandigarh.  Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn with at liberty to file fresh after deposite of the amount with the office.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
