Today was fixed for further hearing of this R/A case.

Ld. advocate for the applicant side appears and refers to the petition of D/hr of the CC case submitted in the earlier occasion.

It transpires that the d/hr has received the awarded amount from the j/dr-1 i.e. A. Rakib (applicant of this R/A case) and he has no objection if warrant of arrest already issued against j/dr -1 is recalled.

Necessary order in this regard has already been passed in the corresponding E.A case.

In view of this above, the order passed in execution case no.25/2021 in this regard, is reviewed and warrant of arrest issued against j/dr-1 is recalled.

The review petition is disposed of accordingly.
