ORDER

Report of mediation has been received as per the report that dispute has been settled in the terms given in the mediation reports which is that after the final order in the light of the report of mediation complainant shall handover defective mobile set to the OP and the OP shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- to the complainant.

Accordingly the present consumer complaint is disposed off in the terms of settlement and compromise.
