Present:-      DH/Complainant in person.

                   None for the JD/OP.

                  

                   Today the case is fixed for making compliance of order under execution. The DH/Complainant, by making a separate statement, has stated that he has received an amount of Rs. 12,000/- by way of Google Pay, from the JD/OP, and that now, nothing remains due towards the JD/OP; thus, he withdraws the present execution application, being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the DH/Complainant, the present execution application is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
