Today is fixed for admission hearing.Ld Adv for the Complainant is present. Case is taken up for admission hearing. Heard Ld. Adv for the Complainant .Perused the petition of complaint and copy of documents.

We find that Complainant prayed for necessary order as per law.

Accordingly we find that Complainant did not make any specific prayer this Commission.

As the Complainant did not pray specific relief from this Commission ,we think that present case should not be admitted because at the end of final hearing it will be difficult to grant any specific relief.

It is,

Ordered,

That the present case be and the same is dismissed being not admitted.

However,liberty is given to the Complainant to file fresh case with the self-same cause of action within 15 days from this day after removing the defects.
