This is a revision filed by the OPs under Section 17(4) of CPA 1986 aggrieved by the order dated 13.08.2019 passed in C.C.No.934/2019 on the file of I Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Bangalore.

We examined the impugned order and grounds of revision.  If we examine the impugned order the commission below made mention of the date of service of notice on the complaint on OP No. 1 on 27.06.2019.  In such circumstances, the Commission below held no discretionary power vested with the forum to extend the time beyond 45 days which cannot be interfered in this revision for any of the grounds set out in this revision petition.  Accordingly, revision petition is dismissed as devoid of merits with an observation that OPs are permitted to submit their affidavit evidence and documents thereon to enable the Commission below to appreciate the case of complainant and the documents relied on.  Accordingly, this revision petition is disposed of.
