          We heard Mr.Prashant Malik, Advocate for the applicant/appellant and non-applicant/respondent in person.

          Counsel for the applicant/appellant filed an application seeking permission to withdraw the appeal.  He sys that he has already deposited the decreetal amount in the State Commission while obtaining stay.  He has no objection, if said amount is directly paid to the non-applicant/respondent towards satisfaction of the award.  In the result, we pass the following order :-

                   -: ORDER :-

1.                 Appeal a/w. application for condonation of delay is allowed to be withdrawn.

2.                 Appeal a/w. application for condonation of delay stands disposed off as withdrawn.

3.                 The Registrar of this Commission is directed to pay the entire amount deposited by the applicant/appellant with accrued interest, if any, to the non-applicant/respondent towards satisfaction of the award.

4.                 Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
