02.06.2020 :      Complainant alongwith his A/R is present.  O.P. No. 1 & 2 are present and also represent the O.P. No. 3 & 4.       

Complainant is identified by his A/R.  O.P. No. 1 & 2 have filed xerox copy of their Aadhar Card respectively. 

Both parties have filed a joint compromise petition dated 02.06.2020 stating that they have settled their disputes out of court as per grounds mentioned therein and it is also stated that the Complainant received the disputed amount alongwith costs and compensation to his entire satisfaction and also he does not want to proceed further in this case.              

Perused the case records and joint compromise petition dated 02.06.2020 filed by the parties.  It is ascertained that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of Court and complainant received the disputed amount alongwith costs and compensation to his entire satisfaction and he does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.Ps and also wants to drop the case.

In view of the above settlement on the strength of the joint compromise petition dated 02.06.2020, we are inclined to drop the case.

Hence the case is dropped henceforth.
