Both parties are present. They file a joint compromise petition signed by both the parties. Perused the petition.. Heard both the parties in person. We find that the dispute between both the parties has been amicably settled out of court. So it is not necessary to pass final order. Accordingly it is 

ORDERED

that the case is compromised between between the parties out of court. The compromised petition filed today be made part of this order. The case is disposed of accordingly. Let copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost forthwith.
