The complainant is absent. No representation. Notice issued to the complainant is returned with an endorsement “ not known “. On going through the proceedings it is seen that complainant is continuously absent. From the conduct of the complainant in keeping away from the Commission, we find that complainant has no interest in prosecuting the matter. The complainant had abandoned the litigation without completing the evidence on his side. There is no other way but to dismiss the complaint. Hence the complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.
