Today is fixed for passing necessary order.

Dhr. Arun Mondal is present and files a petition to drop this proceedings.

On the other hand Dr. Nemai Chand Debnath, Deputy Superintendent, B.S.M.C. Hospital, Bankura is present on behalf of the both Jdrs.

Ld. G.P. is also present for the Jdrs.

Ld. Advocate for the Dhr. is also present and submits that Dhr. files a petition stating that the entire amount involved in this case has been paid by the Jdrs.  So, Dhr. has made prayer to drop this Execution Case.

Dhr. is present and stated inter alia that he has been paid the entire amount by the Jdr. as claimed in this execution petition ; so, he does not want to proceed with this execution case and prays for dropping this execution case.

Heard both sides. Perused the petition and materials on record.  It appears that the entire amount involved in this execution case has been paid by the Jdr. to this Dhr.   So, we find no impediment to dispose of this execution case with full satisfaction.

Hence, it is

                                                                  Ordered

That the Execution Case No.03 of 2012 be and same is hereby disposed of with full satisfaction ; but without cost.

Let plain copy of this Order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
