Both parties are physically present along with advocate Mr. S.K. Singh submittes a compromise petition identify filed by the advocate S.K. Singh . the complainant submittes that he has compromised this case antside the forum and hence now did not want to proceed further with it  this case . in this light of compromised petition this case is being dismissed on withdrawn .
