MR. PRAVAT KUMAR PADHI, PRESIDENT:-                   

            Complainant has filed this C.C.Case seeking refund of Rs. 7,02,000/- towards her outstanding bill for outstanding dues towards temporary Tourisim stall and food stall at Bali Yatra Festival 2019 with cost of mental agony Rs. 50,000/- and litigation cost Rs. 10,000/-.

       The Complainant has provided service to Ops for which the Ops are consumers but not the Complainant and as such Complainant is not a consumer U/S-2(7) of C.P.Act, 2019, as  such the C.C.Case is not maintainable.

       The Ld. Counsel for Complainant absent on repeated calls and the G.P. fairly submitted that the Govt. is under consideration to release the admissible bill of the Complainant.

    Keeping in view the submission of Ld. G.P, we hope that, the grievance of the Complainant shall be settled within 3 months and accordingly the present C.C.Case No. 78/2022 alongwith I.A No. 31/2023 and R.A. are disposed off with the aforesaid  observations.

                      Issue extract of the order to the concerned parties.
