  1. Principal Secretary to Govt. of Punjab, Housing Development Authority, Mini Secretariat, Sector 9, Chandigarh.
  2. The Chief Administrator, Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority, Sector 68, Distt. SAS Nagar, Mohali.
  3. The Estate Officer, Greater Mohali Development Authority, Sector 68, Distt. SAS Nagar Mohali.

                                                            ORDER

 

                        The case is at preliminary stage.  The learned counsel for complainant has made statement that he may kindly be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate Forum at Mohali (Punjab).  He has also requested for return of documents. Accordingly, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the complainant to file afresh before the appropriate Forum at Mohali (Punjab), as permitted by law. The documents be returned to the complainant by retaining one set of the same.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
