2.         The Chief Administrator, Punjab Urban Planing & Development Authority, Sector 68, Distt. SAS Nagar Mohali.

3.         The Estate Officer, Greater Mohali Development Authority, Sector 68, Distt. S.A.S. Nagar Mohali.

                        The case is at preliminary stage.  The learned counsel for complainant has made statement that due to technical defect, he may kindly be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh. Accordingly, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the complainant to file afresh, as permitted by law.
