ORDER

                   The matter has been settled with the efforts of the Updhokta Lok Adalat held today.  The complainant stated by appended a note on the complaint file that OP No. 2 has renewed the R.C., so he wants to withdraw the present complaint.

                   In view of above, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties, free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
