Learned counsel for the complainant has filed a Memo to withdraw the consumer complaint case from this Commission with a liberty to file the Consumer complaint before the appropriate District Forum/Commission.The Memo be kept on record.

In view of such fact ,complaint petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, we grant liberty to the Complainant to file the Consumer Complaint befor ethe appropriate District Commission within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.

If the complainant files consumer complaint before the appropriate District District Commission, then learned District Commission shall decide the same in accordance with law.
