            The complainant himself is present.

            Ld. Advocate for the OP/Respondent No.1 is present but other respondents are absent on calls.

            The main dispute is in between the complainant and Respondent No.1.

            Both the parties submitted that this case has amicably been settled in between them and both of them agreed upon to the effect that technical issue regarding Paytm account and KYC matter will be solved and the OP/Respondent No.1 shall pay litigation cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) only to the complainant . The complainant has no objection against it and he has no further demand in this case.

            Hence, it is

                                                 ORDERED

that this case is disposed of in terms of the above compromise in between the parties.

            The OP/Respondent No.1 is directed to remove the technical issue regarding opening of Paytm account and KYC matter as mentioned above and shall pay Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) only as litigation cost to the complainant within 2 months from the date of this order.

            Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
