                        The notice was issued to the opposite party vide Ex. 4 by registered post with ack.due.

                         On perusal of record, this forum has taken into consideration whether the complainant is able to prove the act of deficiency in service by opposite party caused to him.  For the purpose the record is perused and it is found that since the datre of filing of this complaint, the complainant is continously absent. Not only the complainant failed to filed his affidavit in support of his contentions but the complainant is regularly absent till 30.8.97.  This Forum has come to the conclusion
