                   Today the case was fixed for filing reply and consideration to the application filed by the counsel for the OP for dismissing the complaint being not maintainable. After perusal of the file, it reveals that many opportunities have already been given to the complainant for filing reply but till date no reply has been filed by the complainant and none is appearing on behalf of the complainant since 19.08.2015. Case called several times since morning. It is already 4.00 pm. But there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
