Learned counsel for the petitioner moved application for restoration of revision petition and submitted that on 03-10-2013, counsel for the petitioner was hospitalized, so could not appear before Commission and revision petition was dismissed in default, which may be restored. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. In such circumstances M.A. No. 718/2013 is allowed for the reasons mentioned in the application and order dated 03-10-2013 passed by this Commission in RP No. 2066/2013 Sushma Shrivastav vs. Principal, Govt.
