The record is put up at the instance of the Complainant/Dhr.

The OP/Jdrs files a cheque being No. 007408 amounting Rs. 2000/- dated 12/12/2018 as per forum’s order.

The complainant files a petition for permitting him to withdraw the said cheques.

We find no impediment to allow the prayer.

 Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the petition dated 13/12/2018 filed by the Dhr for withdraw the cheques No. 007407 and 007408 amounting to Rs. 41,800/- and 2000/- total Rs. 43,800/- dated 11/12/2018 and 12/12/2018 be delivered to the complainant on proper verification and receipt keeping Xerox of the same the EA Case No. 17/2018 be and same is allowed.

The cheques are received by the complainant on full satisfaction.

Let the present EA Case No. 17/2018 be dropped on full satisfaction.  

                        Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
