Present:       Sh. J.S.Ahlawat, Advocate for complainant.                                                                   Sh. Harminderpal in person for OP no. 1.                                                             Sh. Mandeep Kumar Gautam in person for OP no. 2.

                   Both the opposite parties appeared in person. Service completed.

                   OP No. 1 made a statement that the matter has been settled with the complainant and he is ready to give new shoes of the same price to the complainant within one week and complainant must give back his old shoes.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off with direction to the opposite party no. 1 to give the pair of new shoes of the same price to the complainant within one week. Complainant is directed to handover his old shoes to OP No.1 at the time of receiving of new one. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
