Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.

The case is taken up for admission hearing.

Perused and considered the complaint application.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the complainant.

It is contended by the complainant that they runs a partnership business of manufacturing garments.

According to the complainants, they have supplied the garments to the opposite party The price of the garments product is Rs. 1,45,585/- (Rupees one lakh forty five thousand five hundred eighty five) only. In spite of delivery of garments, the opposite party is not paying the amount till date. Hence, this case.

It is apparent on the face of the record that the complainants are not consumer in terms of Section 2(7) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The complainant is simpliciter seller of garments. He has not availed any service from the opposite party.

This Commission lacks jurisdiction to try this case.

Hence, it is,

Ordered

       that the complaint case be and the same is dismissed as not maintainable in law.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
