 Today is fixed for filing showcause as to why the case shall not be dismissed due to non prosecution. It appears from the case record the complainant is irregular since after filing the case . op appeared and filed written version denied the allegation leveled against then the case has been fixed for evidence by the complainant failed to filed evidence on affidavit and abstained from the course of proceeding. So this forum getting no alternative vide order dated 21.8.17 for filing showcause as to why the case shall not be disposed for non prosecution. Today complainant is absent on calls and no step taken no show cause filed. So this forum is constrained to dismiss the CC/173/15 due to non prosecution.
