Complainant   is absent   without   step.  Opp. parties are also absent . It appears   that   complainant   has  remained   absent   continuously   for   more than   three   consecutive   dates   since   very initial   stage  of the case. Considering  the   continuous   absence   of complainant   it   seems   that   complainant is   not   interested   to   continue  this   case   further. As   there is  no other   alternative   the case is   dismissed   for default. Accordingly it is  disposed of.
