ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Mr. Kamal Manchanda, AR of JD, has been authorised to settle the Execution with the DH and have paid Rs.40,000/- vide cheque no. 875676 dated 09.07.2018 to the DH as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the Execution stands satisfied.
