ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.  Counsel for OP-1, Shri Manish Mishra has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and have paid an amount of Rs. 20,000/- vide cheque no. 218836 dated 03.11.2017, as full and final settlement.    Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
