The complainant is alleging deficiency of service on the part of the opposite party and seeking refund of fee and also compensation.
- The opposite party has resisted the complaint by filing written version.
- Today the case is posted for the affidavit of the complainant as last chance. But the complainant remained absent and there is no representation for her. The onus is on the complainant to prove the allegation of deficiency of service. But the complainant failed to let in any evidence to prove the case so as to get an order as prayed for. The complainant is continuously absent and it appears that she is not interested in pursuing the matter. The allegations are not proved.
In the result, the complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.
