ORDER

1.The Letter of cancellation sent by O.P. dt-12-4-03 is hereby quashed. The O.P. is directed to issue a proper notice to the complainant giving him just and reasonable opportunity to say in the matter and after considering the same, the M.C. or proper authority,is at liberty to pass suitable order which shall be communicated to the complainant. 2.similarly if O.P. is challenging the eligibility of the complainant,a similar prior notice is required to be served on the complainant. and thereafter proceed to pass proper order according to rules and bye-laws. 3.Parties to bear their own costs. 4.Give copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P
