1.       Appellant Smt.Rasika Gautam Shilawant  as well as her counsel Shri. Shardul and Shri. A.V.Main are absent. None for the respondent is present, it's counsel Shri. Adv. Shri.D.S.Bagul is also absent.  The record reflects that on last date as well as on earlier date the appellant and her counsel were absent.  On 23/07/2013 the matter was adjourned by way of last chance till 20/08/2013. But on 20/08/2013 also nobody for the appellant was present. However, the matter was adjourned till today by way of one more last chance but nobody the appellant as well as respondent is  present today. Hence, there is no alternative except to dismiss the appeal for default.

2.       Moreover, we have perused the copy of impugned judgement and order and also the copies of other documents and we find that the impugned order is just and legal.

3.       Thus, on any count, the appeal deserves to be dismissed and accordingly it is dismissed. No order as to cost.
