This is a complaint filed under section 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite parties to pay Rs.30,000/- as claim amount to the complainant with future interest of 18% p.a. from the date of the complaint till realization along with compensation of Rs.25,000/-  and costs of the complaint. 

 

 This C.C. coming on before us this day in the presence of Sri D. Shiva Kumar, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the complainant and  Sri S. Nagendher, OP.1 in person and Sri K. Pratap Kumar, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the opposite party No.2 and having stoodover for consideration till this day, this Forum delivered the following:

             Complainant filed memo to the effect that matter settled and amount deposited by OP.   Therefore complaint is not pressed.  It is recorded.   Complaint dismissed as settled and not pressed.
