ORDER

  1. The complainant-Jarnail Singh Thakur has filed the present execution application for enforcement of the order dated 10.03.2015 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission in FA No.560 of 2014. The Hon’ble State Commission passed the following order on 10.03.2015:-

In view of the statements made by the parties, order under challenge is set aside, complaint is accepted to the effect that respondents No.1 & 2 shall pay Rs.52,266/- to Jarnail Singh Thakur-complainant through demand draft within two months from today.”

  1. In the execution application, the complainant has mentioned that the Ops have made the payment of Rs.44,636/- vide DD No.875249 dated 07.05.2015 instead of Rs.52,266/- but have not paid Rs.7630/-.
  2. Notice was sent to the Ops and in pursuance of notice, learned counsel-S.K.Aggarwal for Ops No.1 & 2 appeared on 17.07.2015 and requested for adjournment for compliance of the abovesaid order. On 31.07.2015, authorized representative for the Ops placed on record the copy of letter dated 26.07.2015 addressed to the complainant alongwith the photocopy of the DD No.875303 dated 25.07.2015 for an amount of Rs.7630/- and submitted that the order under execution has been complied with. The complainant has also received the payment as mentioned above.
  3. In view of the above, the Ops/JDs have complied with the order dated 10.03.2015 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission. Taking into consideration the fact that the Ops have complied with the order dated 10.03.2015 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission. The execution application is disposed of being fully satisfied.
  4. A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
