JDr Present, Counsel for the complainant/ Dhr filed memo stating that the J.DR paid an amount of RS.12,787/- by the way of cheque towards full and final satisfaction of the E.A. and reported to dismiss the E.A. as not pressed.

JDrs/O.p. filed petition u/s 70 (2) CRPC praying this Commission to recall the NBW’s pending against him. Petition allowed.

NBW’s are recalled against JDR’s-1 and 2.

The concerned police is directed to return the warrant’s to this Commission forthwith. Hence, E.A. is closed.
