2. Radiant appliances and electronic Pvt., Ltd., survey no.111-112, S-2A1, ECity, Fabcity, Maheshwaram mandal, aviryala village Ranga Reddy, Telangana-501141, through its Managing Director.
3. One Plus exclusive Service Centre, Heera buildings, Municipal number new 213 (old#5) ward no.76, Rinchmond town, brigade road Bangalore-560001, through its Managing Director.

                Today the case is fixed for notice to the OPs.

 

                At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs. So he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdrawal the same being compromised.

                In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
