Complainant absent. No representation. Opposite party 1 represented. When the case is came up for consideration today. It is noticed that the complainant was continuously absent since 29-01-2020 there was no representation for the side of the complainant. Notice to the complaint served on 19-04-2022. There after the notice to the counsel for the complainant returned as no such addressee. In spite of receipt of notice from the commission on 19-04-2022, the complainant did not care to appear before the commission. In the above circumstances we found that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint. In view of the above discussion, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed for default. In the result the complaint is dismissed.
