ORDER   Complainant’s Power of Attorney, Shri Bramhadev is present. Both Opposite Parties are absent. Opposite Party No.1 had deposited Rs.12,500/- with this Forum. Advocate for the Opposite Party No.1 has requested vide his application dtd.18/08/2010 to refund Rs.7,058/- out of the deposited amount. The Complainant has submitted statement of balance amount and xerox true copy of the order of Hon’ble Maharashtra State Commission passed in Appeal No.1027/07, dtd.07/10/09. Statement of balance amount filed by the Complainant is correct as per the orders passed by the Hon’ble State Commission. Therefore, out of deposited amount Rs.3,442/- be paid to the Complainant and the balance deposited amount be paid to the Opposite Party No.1. Hence, this Execution Application No.103/2007 is disposed off as fully satisfied. No order as to cost.
