On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that on the last date of hearing directions were issued to registry to issue notice to parties for appearance. OPs were served and has been returned on 31/07/2023 and 01/08/2023 with remark’ Left without instruction’. Complainat was served on 01/08/2023. Despite service no one appeared on behalf of complainant today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
