On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that vide Order dated 03/04/2019 Complainant is directed to file brief synopsis of the case but thereafter he neither appeared nor filed the brief synopsis of this case. Court Notice was also sent to the Complainant but still he did not appear. In these circumstances, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
