Perusal of the record shows that court notice was issued to the complainant still notbody appeared. Since the amount involved is beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Commission as well as this Commission has not territorial jurisdiction. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in view of Hon’ble National Commission judgement Amrish Shukla Vs Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. I 2017 CPJ I (NC) in CC/97/2016 dated 07.10.2016. In light of the detailed observation the case is dissmissed. File be consigned to record room.
