          This order be read in continuation of the order dated March 07^th, 2017 passed by this Commission in aforesaid Revision Petitions No.136 to 139 of 2016, which were disposed of on March 07^th, 2017.

2.      In paragraph No.8 of the order passed by this Commission, it has been mentioned that the impugned order dated November 15^th, 2016 is modified to the extent that Marketing Board shall pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum on the entire deposited amount from the date of its deposits to the complainants, whereas it should have been that Marketing Board shall pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum on the entire deposited amount after two years from the date of allotment till the actual development of the area, to the complainants as held in the orders dated September 20^th, 2001, November 10^th, 2004, April 13^th, 2005 and March 26^th, 2014 of the District Forum, State Commission, Hon’ble National Commission and Hon’ble Supreme Court instead of from the date of deposits.

3.      In the order dated March 07^th, 2017, it was specifically mentioned that learned counsel for the complainant accepted the submission made by the counsel for the Marketing Board. The mistake appears to be due to typographical error.  Thus, it is hereby ordered that Marketing Board shall pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum on the entire deposited amount after two years from the date of allotment till the actual development of the area, to the complainants and except this, the order dated March 07^th, 2017 passed by this Commission shall remain the same.

4.      The applications are disposed of accordingly.
