                        Sh.B.S.Hundal, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent by submitting his Power of Attorney, which is taken on record.

                        Sh. Puneet Tuli, Advocate appearing as Proxy for Er. Sandeep Suri, Advocate, Counsel for the appellants has handed over a demand draft bearing No.043580 dated 26.05.2016 in the sum of Rs.2,05,569/- towards full and final settlement. Photocopy of the same has been placed on record.

                        On getting instructions from the son of the complainant, namely, Sh. Parminder Singh,  Counsel for the respondent/complainant states that the demand draft is towards full and final settlement of all the claims and nothing remains due towards the appellants/Opposite Parties.

                        In view of settlement arrived at, this appeal stands disposed of.

                        Consequently, the application for condonation of delay of 135 days, as per the applicants/appellants (as per the office report 127 days), in filing the appeal and application for leading additional evidence stand disposed of having become infructuous.

                        Directions are issued, in view of above settlement, to the District Forum concerned, to dismiss the Execution Application No.37 of 2016, which is pending consideration for today.

                        Certified copy of the order be sent to the Forum concerned for compliance.

                        Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
