Case called out. Counsel for the appellant Shri Kumar Ayush has authorized Shri Rishi Kirti, Advocate to argue on his behalf. None for the respondent.

          Counsel for the appellant had earlier moved an application for withdrawing this appeal. The application was supported with an affidavit wherein it is mentioned that the appellant was directed to pay Rs.500.00 within two months from the date of order passed by the District Consumer Forum on 9.9.2003 but now the appellant does not want to press the appeal and want to withdraw this appeal. Therefore, this appeal deserves to be dismissed as withdrawn.

          It is accordingly, dismissed.

Certified copy of the order be provided to the parties in accordance with rules.
