          This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

              2.  This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite party. Though the opposite party accepted the notice, not entered appearance before this Commission and hence on 11.03.2020 the opposite party was declared exparte. Subsequent to that the case was posted for exparte affidavit of the complainant since 21.04.2020. When the case came up for consideration today, we find that the complainant is continuously absent and not filed affidavit to establish her case put forward against the opposite party. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not willing to further proceed with this complaint.

   In the result, the complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

 

   A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
