           Advocate Mr.Bharadwaj is present for petitioner alongwith petitioner. It is submitted by the learned advocate that the matter is amicably settled between the parties before the learned Additional District Consumer Commission Nagpur and therefore petitioner does not wish to pursue the present revision petition. Petitioner has also filed application to withdraw  the petition. It is duly signed by the petitioner and his advocate. Permission is hereby granted to withdraw the revision petition and accordingly this revision petition is hereby withdrawn and is disposed of.
