Present:-  Complainant in person.

        Heard.  In Para No.2 it has been stated that registered office of O.P-1 is situated in New Delhi, i.e. office of O.P-2 is in Indrapuram, branch office of O.P-3 is situated in Noida and O.P-4 has its office which is in New Delhi.  None of the O.Ps falls within the jurisdiction of this forum.  Therefore, this forum does not have territorial jurisdiction to entertain the present complaint.

2.     Accordingly the present complaint is returned to the complainant for filing before the proper forum.  Endorsement may be made on the complaint about date of presentation, date of return thereof and payment of fee.

Copy of the order be given to the complainant Dasti.  File be consigned to the record room.
